• 16" on-center 2"x6" floor joists (12" on-center on garages)
• 16" on-center wall studs
• 5/8" treated, tongue-and-groove plywood flooring
• Pre-notched 4"x6" skids on the floor system
• Hurricane clips on both ends of every floor joist
• Hurricane clips on both ends of every truss
• Double interlocking top-plates
• House-style headers over doors and windows
• House-style corners (deadwood installed and ready for finishing)
• Machine pressed and plated trusses
• Full-length ridge-cap vent combined with dual soffit vents
• Hot-dipped galvanized ring-shank nails
• Doubled up wall studs every 4' so each siding seam has its own wall stud to fasten to
• 29-gauge metal roofing or architectural shingles
